It’s based on evolutionary science.

Dyadic has created the Teska Type System™, the first personality type system to be based on evolutionary science. It’s the product of recent research in anthropology, archaeology, and other scientific disciplines.
This research indicates that personality types evolved to help humans survive and thrive during the Stone Age. They reflect the social roles our ancestors took in hunter-gatherer bands, and the types in the Teska Type System™ correspond to these roles.
It’s more advanced than legacy systems.

In the 1940s, the Myers-Briggs introduced the idea of personality types. In the 1980s, the Five Factor Model emerged. Now, in the 2020s, the Teska Type System™ is moving things forward in personality profiling.
It does this by making use of new knowledge about the basic components of personality. Research shows that two hormones—testosterone and oxytocin—shape the core of who we are, and the Teska Type System™ is based on this fact.
It describes a person’s core character.

The Teska Type System™ is a leap forward in personality profiling, in that it describes a person’s core character, their deep nature. This deep nature falls into one of 16 categories: the system’s 16 personality types.
Each type brings with it “superpowers,” or strengths and abilities that come naturally to people of that type. When you know your Teska type, you know who you are essentially, where you fit professionally, and who you click with romantically.
